2. Participants should bring a hard copy of their Photographs on the day of Exhibition i.e on 13th October
3. Preferable dimension of Photographs for Exhibition- For Portrait 1.6ft*2ft and Landscape 2ft*1.6ft.
4. Captions must be given for the photographs.
5. All Pictures should be Original/Correction of brightness, contrast, sharpness, white balance to enhance the quality are permitted.
6. The photographs must be original and no watermark of any kind should be on the photographs.
7. From submitted photographs, one photo will be selected per photographer by management.
8. Participants may submit colour and/or black and white photographs taken up to five years before the start of the competition (15 th September 2022).
9. Photographs with mixing/merging of two or more images, adding /deleting of the content from the original image will be disqualified and rejected. If demanded /required, participants shall produce original digital soft copy.
10. All Photographs should be submitted through the mentioned link only till the mentioned deadline.
11. Link of submission will be deactivated after the last date of submission and no entries will be accepted after that.
12. Participants must possess the exclusive rights to every photo entered and will be responsible for having all necessary permissions relating to subject matter including photos featuring individuals/property. They should possess original photographs. Occura won’t be responsible for any claims or complaint against violation of rights or damages from any parties related to it. The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Occura harmless in such cases. In case of any dispute, the participant shall submit the obtained permission; else the entry shall be considered as disqualified. The participant is solely responsible for any such damages.
13. Objectionable pictures portraying nudity or political reference or the picture with threat to national security or the pictures with potential threat to communal harmony or the pictures outraging modesty of women or children shall be considered for disqualification without any intimation to the participants.
14. Incase of dispute, Organiser's decision will be final.

Judging Parameters:
1. The Photographs should relate to Theme “Love Your Eyes”
2. Following are the weightage for Judgement:
a) 25% Weightage for Judging Panel (based on Originality, Concept, Technical aspects of taking the photographs)
b) 25% “Likes” for the Photograph uploaded on Occura Eye Care Page by Occura Team till 13 th October 12PM.
c) 50% for Jury(Present at Occura on the day of Exhibition)
